Course Descriptions:

PCM 223a Overcoming Spiritual Strongholds (Part 1)

Satan uses powerful strongholds to keep believers from walking in the destiny for which they are called. In this class we will learn how to recognize and overcome the Accuser, Confusion, Fear, and Poverty. These strongholds are some of the enemy’s most successful weapons against us. They are Destiny thieves.

PCM 161a The Ministry of Deliverance

Three fourths of Jesus’ earthly ministry was in the casting out of demonic spirits. This course will not only thoroughly cover the biblical and doctrinal topics of deliverance, but also will train you and give you hands on experience so you too will knowledgeably and confidently be able to “lay hands on the sick and cast out demons.”

PCM 201a Prayer Counseling I (2 credits)

This course will “change” your life! Not only will you gain a deeper understanding of who you are (spirit, soul and body) but you will also gain the knowledge of how to bring forth healing in those areas as the Holy Spirit leads you to the cross through prayer. This is a course strongly recommended for ALL - to be better equipped to help others carry their burdens to the cross and to enhance counseling!

BOT 104 The Book Of Daniel

Boldly live in our modern-day Babylon without falling prey to its allure. Just as the prophet Daniel faced unbelievable pressure to compromise his faith in a hostile culture and was constantly confronted by temptations and threats, today’s believers face similar trials. This 12-session study, unique from Beth Moore’s previous Bible studies, falls in two parts and can be used as one study. The first portion, from Daniel chapter 1-6, deals with Daniel’s life as he faced the kind of pressures and temptations Christians encounter today. Daniel models how to develop enduring integrity in an enticing world. The second portion, chapters 7-12, explores thrilling prophecies from the time of Daniel through the second coming of Christ.

BOT 107a Exodus (Part 1: Chapter 1-20)

This course examines the first twenty chapters in the book of Exodus. It begins with the birth of Moses, the Prince of Egypt and God’s chosen deliverer for the Children of Israel, and ends with the Lord issuing Moses the Ten Commandments. The goal of this course is to build your faith as we study the Bible and examine God’s promises and His continued faithfulness through video, our textbook, and classroom discussion.

MIS 115 Soul Winning

Jesus commissioned the church to make disciples of all nations. In this class we will learn the art of soul winning and the tools needed to accomplish this. Soul winning is not a special gift or talent, but should become the Christian’s lifestyle. This class will prepare you for the challenge.
